i`m 43years old and i have wrinkles on my front ,,,around my eyes,,,,and my neck,,,and by searching in beauty sites i found yours and i was sooooooo surprised by what i `m reading..so i decided to send to you maybe i`ll have it for free… because i`mspending too much money on my face for nothing..so please if i have this chance help me to get it…please i want to try it and i`ll buy it later thanks any way for reading
It is not 30 days free , they still bill you 2 weeks later . I have tried to cancle and they still keep billing me every 2 weeks.

They billed my credit card from October 2008 and to date, February 2009 I have not received any products. They are a fraud. Only intent on getting money. I have sent several correspondences to them to investigate the matter that I have not received any products and for them to reverse the charges to my credit card yet they have done nothing. Do not trust these people. They have not business ethics. They are only bent on making a quick buck. There is absolutely not concern for customers nor support in resolving customer issues.
You have charged me with US 49.95 (63.80 CA) for something I did not order. I sent for your free sample and did not give you permission to use my credit card to charge me for more of your product. You do not have permission to use my credit card and I phone you and told you that. I will not pay you for something I did not order and if you do not discontinue charging me and using my credit card without my specific permission, I will report you not only to Facebook but to my credit card company, Mastercard. I would like an answer to my e mail, please. I can send back the unused portion of the free??? sample for which I paid you 14.95 so it isn’t free at all. DO NOT USE MY CREDIT CARD ANY LONGER. I AM KEEPING A COPY OF THIS. YOU ARE CROOKS! I AM CALLING MASTER CARD AND REPORTING YOU ALSO CONSUMER REPORT MAGAZINE.
I am so glad I’m not the only one being taken over by this company. I received the trial and didn’t realize the trial period starts when you place the order so I only have 3 days to see if this works and cancel the next shipment if I wasn’t satified! If you are to late you are supposed to be able to return the product, well, I’ve been charged but I haven’t received a product to be able to return it for a refund. I’ve sent emails and of course no one is answering me. I am currently using a product from Oil of Olay and it’s wonderful. So, please check their products. This bottle only costs $10.00!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT order their product! What they do is charge you $14.95 for their trial offer, then charge you another $49.95 exactly two weeks later, then they charge you for another bottle of this product 2 weeks after that (which, by the way,I hear isn’t worth a dime). They say they have a money back guarantee, but the only problem is that they DO NOT ship the initial trial offer , therefore even if you wanted to you can’t return it because you didn’t receive it in the first place. By the time you figure out what’s going on they have made 3 charges against your credit card, and you still do not have any product. If you complain via their customer service e-mail address, they cancel your account and you never hear from them again. You can’t reach them by phone either. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau many times, they are rated ‘F’. That is telling you that they are scammers and are making a lot of money from unsuspecting consumers. One of thesse days someone will shut them down, and it will probably be the credit card companies who end up doing so by refusing their credit card billings. Be careful who you give your credit card number to….this is one company who I would NOT trust with my credit card, I ended up cancelling my credit card because of this issue so that I would not have to worry about fraudulent charges against it later on and I’m sleeping better as a result.
I have been trialling ageless for about 2 months, and honestly, people think I am a whole lot younger than I am. I have only cancelled my autoship due to financial restrictions, and will use it again in the future. Cancellation of your order is easy if you don’t think it is working for you - just log into “your account” on their website and follow the instructions. There were also plenty of testimonials there - not a guarantee they are real or not but certainly convincing. I’m not disappointed, nor am I over the moon. I do believe there are many useful ingredients in their product which may be more effective on some more than others based on the fact we all have different lifestyles. Worth trying to see if it works for you.
