My name is Laurie. I am an investigative journalist in Canada working as a producer for a current affairs television program. I am interested in hearing about your experiences with this product. I am investigating a number of internet companies, with head offices in Canada, that offer this type of product. I am investigating this topic because of the large number of consumer complaints associated with the product, the billing of the product and concerns about on-going charges and customer service.

I would be very interested in speaking with anyone about their experience.

What a sham! I might as well bought 1.98 bottle of body lotion. I was charged 56.00 dollars AFTER I sent the jar back. I contacted the company and threatened
Calling Federal Trade Commision. Boom, It stopped and I was refunded my money.
Another tip, Pre Paid credit card. They cant extract money if there is no money.
You control the flow of money and if there is none, they are SOL.

I think everyone needs to read Caracol Cream’s site with a grain of salt. The product they feature is good, it may not be a “miracle cure”, but every company these days features this kind of promise. I have recently cancelled the product and it was simple: just a matter of contacting the returns department. I think everyone here needs to see that this company provides a decent product and more importantly has the support staff to help cancel future shipments.

Yes…its’ California…but when I talked with them, and before she sent me my return authorization form, she stated the address was Canada. WRONG. The customer service people don’t even know the address is in Californa…WOW!

You made a huge mistake, it is Ontario, California, not CANADA. That is why is doesn’t exist in Canada, it is California

After I received your product I only use litter to try out, after my whole face turn to red, and want to return it but cannot find the wesite to do so, I call you #, the person name shalow ans, told me I should call my own doctor, because I have a problem, any way, I need to return your product, some one should tell me how to return it, otherwise I will contact the BBB, don’t use my credit card and don’t send me any product. I am very unhappy.

Just had another non-helpful conversation with Caracol. Finally got return auth. number. I’ve been charged with two shipments never received. I also just learned I have to return the trial in order to cancer my membership. Been trying to do this since early March. My dermatologsit told me Olay was just as good. Any body out there no where I can find their live chat web site – told you have to unregister here. Location????????

from the picture they are two different people). However, both live in New Orleans with their three kids, both grew up in San Diego, California (La Jolla to be specific), and both have a daughter named Kelly. And the same exact people responded postively to the product for both (they refer to Jenny on her site and Jackie on her site). What are the odds?

I almost ordered my 2-week trial of Caracol Cream…but decided to check it out first. Glad I did. Maybe they’re ligit, but it sounds like there are some similar problems among the ones I’ve read. Maybe the product works for some…but the customer service issues which are a common thread in the comments I’ve been reading…I just don’t need the aggrivation!

I’ve had the Caracol Cream for about a week now, and I have to admit I like the way it feels, I do seem to be having much smoother and softer skin on my face/neck (I’m age 49 but my skin is not damaged or aged very much anyway. I’ve always been able to take 10 years off my age verbally to people if I was in the mood); I kind of tried this as a ‘preventative’ measure….I’ve been using it morning & night since 14 days is just not much time for the trial. It takes at least a month+ to see real results in skin changes, especially at the cellular level, & especially if skin really needs the change! I do NOT like the way it smells; I think it could smell a whole lot more pleasant. However, I am actually enjoying the cream itself. I’m not certain how well I’ll continue to like it and I’m not sure I would want a second jar at the price of $70ish; I mean it’s not THAT wonderful; it just seems to have a deep smoothening effect. I was a little curious about why the jar has no ingredients on it, nor could I find the ingredients anywhere until I came online here to this site. That’s a bit of a red flag to me. They should be proud of their ingredients if their cream is all they claim. Anyway, as of today I checked my cc record and they haven’t charged me for the product, only the S & H. As long as they haven’t screwed me over yet, I can’t complain. They actually might be legit. I have certainly not noticed any “problems” from using the cream. It sure does have a good feel to it. Well, I will check back in about a week towards the end of my 2-wk trial and give an update. So far so good. It’s so hard these days to find out the truth and not get scammed. Everyone is scamming these days on the internet. Just have to be so careful…..

No such address exists for return shipments. I have a jar and no where to return it to? The live chat gives me the return address of: Caracol Cream Returns, 5300 Ontario Mills Parkway 400, Ontario Canada, 91764. I sent it registered mail to Canada, it was returned. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!
