I have used this product extensively and like it.

The main problems is their customer service. It’s just appauling – really ‘fall off your chair’ bad. It seems to all be a management problem though because the girls on the frontline are friendly, helpful and polite.

e.g. They are much more likely to get your order wrong than right, almost never respond to email enquiries, and even ignore customer feedback. There’s at least one very (I mean VERY!!!!) rude, bad attitude manager who should never be allowed to interact with the public IMHO.

Real shame because I believe their products are very good.
